Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, handling a high volume of calls, and offering additional products and services on every eligible call. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to power outages, payments, payment plans, service start-reputed company, and service terminations
- Offering customers the opportunity to purchase programs for surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, reputed company
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Technical savvy, with the ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging in conversation with customers
- Time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet various program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other metrics
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Eligibility to pass a background reputed company and drug test
Work Environment and Schedule
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work a set schedule from home, Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, with 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be mandatory during storm outages that reputed company our clients' customers.
