Role Overview As an reputed company Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. This will include

• Managing guest communications, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
• Processing reservations, coordinating housekeeping, and arranging amenities
• Working closely with our property owners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and guest-reputed company
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and improve our operations Key Responsibilities
• Guest and Reservation Management + Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner + Process reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests
• Virtual Property Management + Coordinate with property owners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and guest-reputed company + Arrange amenities and services as needed + Monitor property performance and reputed company insights to property owners
• Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination + Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for our properties + Ensure that properties are cleaned and reputed company for guests + Monitor cleaner performance and reputed company feedback to property owners reputed company Metrics
• Maintain a quick response reputed company to reputed company inquiries (less than 1 hour)
• Resolve reputed company guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP)
• Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher Essential Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
• Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST)
