The Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and energetic Customer Service Representatives to support our Call Center operations. The purpose of the role is to reputed company exceptional service to our members, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and giving them a reason to smile reputed company they think of reputed company! Your communication skills must be top-notch, as you listen to, understand, engage with, and respond to members. Youll need to bring patience and politeness as you explain how to navigate our program, website, app and any requirements the member needs to meet for employer-based incentives, while always keeping a reputed company eye on confidentiality and data reputed company.
